Figure Your Freight Class

Group Transportation Services knowledgeable team can help you determine what your freight class is. Freight class is determined by its contents. Different types of products have various costs associated with them, based mostly on their value and freight density.

There are 18 possible freight classes cataloged in the National Motor Freight Classification tariff ranging from the least expensive-Class 50, to the most expensive-Class 500.

  1. Density and/or Value of Your Freight Please enter all that apply.
  2. Bill of Lading must show the actual density or density group. If this information is missing, freight charges will be assessed on the basis of the freight class applicable to the lowest density/highest class provided for in the specific item number.
